Spotlight stands to deliver interactive experience

People attending the Bondholder Spotlight expo will be encouraged to get interactive at a range of stands that will be at the event.

NRG Entertainment, Denby Pottery, Be Couture, Maber, Orange Theory Fitness and Bam Boom Cloud will all be exhibiting at the major showcase event.

The stands area will form a key element of the event – but it will be no ordinary exhibition space.

Attendees will be encouraged to get involved and try their hand at a variety of activities, from pottery ‘throwing’ to having a go on a Formula One simulator.

NRG Entertainment will be aiming to bring out the competitive streak of Bondholders by challenging them to set the fastest lap on its professional F1 Esports Pro Series simulators.

To drive in F1 requires fast reactions – and Bam Boom Cloud will be putting these to the test when it brings along its speed reaction game Batak, which challenges the user to hit as many flashing lights as possible within the shortest time.

For those who fancy something a bit more sedate, Denby’s master potter will be giving demonstrations and inviting attendees to have a go at pottery throwing.

Be Couture, which offers advanced aesthetics and beauty treatments, will be showcasing its services and offering some taster treatments.

And why not complete your physical MOT by visiting the Orange Theory Fitness stand, where they will be providing one-to-one consultations and using technology that can provide an overview of your fitness levels – and provide guidance on how to improve them!

Finally, architects Maber will be showcasing a range of digital services – and, via the power of VR, will be inviting Bondholders to design and visualise new buildings and spaces.

In addition to the interactive stands, East Midlands Chamber will be there talking to guests about the business support available to them on a wide range of areas, including digital growth, international trade, and skills development.

And Derby City Lab will be there to tell Bondholders more about the space in St James Street and its forthcoming exhibitions.

There will also be a Charity Lounge featuring a range of Bondholder charities for businesses looking for worthy causes to support.

And in the Roots Cafe, local artist Amy Vallance, a University of Derby Fine Art graduate, who will be showcasing her work “Amygdala 2022”.

Her work has been exhibited in and around Derby, with her biggest commission being the ‘Joy’ canopy over Iron Gate.
