Davlyn Construction

Davlyn Construction Limited is a family-run building contractor with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry. Originally established by our parents, the business has grown over the years while still keeping the same friendly, reliable, and hands-on approach it was built on.

We work across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and residential, delivering projects such as new builds, refurbishments, repairs, maintenance, and design & build solutions.

Our customers include local authorities, schools, healthcare providers, businesses, developers, and private clients across the UK. We take pride in building long-term relationships and providing a professional but personal service, no matter the size of the project.

As a long-established local company, we believe the Bondholder scheme is a great way to build relationships, share opportunities, and promote the fantastic work being done across Derby and the wider region. We also see it as an opportunity to raise awareness of our business, support local growth, and be involved in a network that encourages collaboration and positive investment in the area.
