The latest Bondholder appointments and promotions

Rail Forum, Cavendish & London Property Group and FHP Property Consultants are among the latest Marketing Derby Bondholders to announce new appointments in recent weeks.

Rail Forum, which represents rail-related organisations, has appointed Mike Noakes as head of policy and strategic engagement.

He was previously head of rail at the Department for Business & Trade and has 25 years’ experience working across government and more than a dozen years with the rail supply chain sector.

He helped lead his former department’s positive engagement with the rail sector, developed a number of key initiatives designed to support the supply chain both at home and abroad – including the Rail Sector Deal in 2018 and funding for the Global Centre of Rail Excellence – as well as playing a key role in delivering cross departmental initiatives such as the Rail Supply Group.

Elaine Clark, chief executive of Rail Forum said: “I am thrilled that Mike has joined the team in advance of the creation of Great British Railways, his insights and experience will prove invaluable as we strengthen our engagement with transport authorities across the devolved nations and regions.

“Mike will be well known to many of our members and the wider industry as a highly effective advocate for the UK based rail supply chain.

“With a wealth of government, industry and inward-investment experience he will significantly contribute to the Rail Forum team as we develop the strategic support we provide to our members.”

Cavendish & London Property Group has welcomed two new additions.

Rhie Anne Deraco has joined as marketing manager, bringing over six years of experience in marketing and project management, working across content, campaigns, client communications and day-to-day delivery.

She has managed teams, coordinated projects and supported businesses across different industries, with a strong focus on keeping work clear, organised, and moving forward.

Sarah Flynn also joins as executive assistant. She is an experienced business support professional with a background in executive assistance, HR, payroll and operations.

She brings strong organisational skills and a practical approach to supporting the day-to-day needs of the business.

FHP Property Consultants has announced the promotion of Amy Howard and Ellis Cullen to the position of associate director.

Mark Tomlinson, director of office and industrial at FHP said: “Amy has established herself within the office and industrial agency sector to become a respected and well-liked operator within the sector as a whole.

“Amy has developed and maintains strong relationships with private landlords and the larger property companies, which is a testament to her continued hard work.”

Alan Pearson, director of retail and leisure at FHP, said: “Ellis has played a major part in the growth of the FHP retail and leisure team.

“We’ve continued to increase our shopping centre leasing mandates countrywide, now acting on 26 shopping centres nationally, while growing city centre and suburban high street instructions.”
