New tenant secured for prominent office building

FHP Property Consultants and Innes England have secured a new letting at a prominent Derby office building.

Acting on behalf of Loxton Developments, the agents have secured a tenant for Suite 2A, at Pentagon House, off Sir Frank Whittle Road.

The four-storey landmark office building comprises some 30,000 sq ft of modern office accommodation.

Suite 2A comprises 4,105 sq ft and has been let on new lease terms for a period of 10 years.
