Flex office provider Cubo has reported that one of its Derby locations is now almost full.

The firm has said that its Cubo Pride Park Derby site, which opened in 2024 at Number One Pride Place, is now 95% occupied.

The building offers 18,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation across three floors, with capacity for 450 desks and substantial on-site parking.

It is now home to a diverse mix of SMEs, tech firms and corporate occupiers, including law firm Geldards.

The Pride Park location complements Cubo’s existing Derby workspace at The Old Post Office, in Victoria Street, which first opened in March 2020 – when Cubo was founded.

Since then, Cubo has grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of premium flexible workspace, with 15 locations in major cities.

Charlotte Derrick, head of sales at Cubo, said: “Reaching 95% occupancy at Pride Park demonstrates the ongoing shift in how businesses want to occupy space.

“The performance of Number One Pride Place reinforces both the strength of the Derby market and our confidence in continued expansion across key UK cities.”
