Developer reports strong demand at business park

Clowes Developments is celebrating strong early demand at one of its business parks, which is being jointly marketed by FHP Property Consultants.

Two units have already been let at Stud Brook Business Park, in Castle Donington, with just three remaining for lease at Plot 1.
