An opportunity to let 6.40 acres of bare pasture land, in the centre of the well know village of Repton, Derbyshire. The land is agricultural with some recently installed fencing along the footpath. The remaining boundaries comprise of well established hedgerows although further permanent or temporary fencing will be required if grazing with livestock.

The existing boundaries and hedgerows will be the responsibility of the landowner to maintain and there is no known water supply to the property.

The agreement will be on an annual grazing licence at £100.00 per annum.

The ideal grazier will need to be willing to improve the grassland which is reflected in the rental amount. Horse grazing will be considered but agricultural grazing and/or cutting for hay is preferred.
