More Than Loft Ladders

More Than Loft Ladders began in 2007, installing loft ladders and hatches, as well as boarding out attics, in residential properties.

Since then, it has grown from a small, local outfit into a national brand with a network of loft ladder installers throughout the UK.

Liam Hobbs operates the Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield franchise, covering the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

Liam himself trained as a joiner and had several years’ experience working in different trades before starting his More Than Loft Ladders business.

Alphageek Digital

Alphageek Digital is a digital marketing agency specialising in data-driven online advertising and web development.

Since being founded in Derby in 2017, Alphageek has created industry-beating campaigns for some of the country’s most exciting brands.

Butler’s Pantry

Founded in 2002, Butler’s Pantry is a catering and events business based near Burnaston, which is owned and run by head chef Ralph Skripek and wife Helen.

Together with their team of chefs and waiters, they pride themselves in offering a unique dining experience and bespoke catering service individually tailored to specific requirements, from small buffets to large formal events.

Today, Butler’s Pantry is the nominated caterer for some of Derbyshire’s most prestigious venues.

Neos International

Neos International is a UK-headquartered engineering group, supporting many of the world’s leading OEM’s by providing innovative solutions from its multiple technology centres within the UK, Portugal and India.

Nèos International’s Derby base is at Westside Park, in Raynesway, which is also home to a specialist composite facility, run by subsidiary Neos Composites.

Lovell

Earlier this year national housebuilder Lovell, which is part of Morgan Sindall (BH), opened a dedicated East Midlands office on Derby’s Pride Park.

Following success in securing opportunities across the region, the firm cemented its presence with the brand-new office in Riverside Court, which is home to a dedicated regional team.

Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (Derby Branch)

Following the outbreak of war in Ukraine, the Derby branch of the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) has been welcomed into the Bondholder family.

The AUGB is the largest representative body for Ukrainians and those of Ukrainian descent. It exists to develop, promote and support the interests of the Ukrainian community in the UK.
