Derby County Community Trust has announced the return of its fundraising 1884 wall – with spaces now available to buy.

The initiative invites Derby County supporters to purchase a block, which will be displayed on the perimeter fences behind the South Stand at Pride Park Stadium, with the proceeds donated to the trust.

This year, the funds raised will support the trust’s activities that run from Harrison’s Hub at Community Corner.

Opened in November 2022 Harrison’s Hub has seen thousands of participants access opportunities that have fostered connection, developed skills and provided support in a welcoming, warm environment.

Chief executive Paul Newman said: “Harrison’s Hub is more than just a space, it provides a welcoming environment where people can connect, access support and take positive steps towards improving their health and wellbeing.

“Every contribution to the 1884 Wall helps us to continue delivering our programmes from Harrison’s Hub ensuring that it remains a place where individuals and families can find support and opportunities to thrive.

“We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supports this initiative and helps us make a lasting difference across Derby.”

The 1884 Wall will be installed by the home fixture against Millwall, scheduled for Saturday 23 January.
