Tech firm instructs Flint’s for latest deal

Flint Bishop has been instructed by an Irish tech firm to work on its latest acquisition.

The law firm’s corporate team is helping Intact Software complete its acquisition of Blue Rock Systems.

Both businesses are chiefly known for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

The deal follows on from Intact’s previous acquisition in the UK of reseller partner, Ramtac, in 2016 – a deal which Flint Bishop also assisted with.
