An accountancy and advisory firm has agreed a deal to relocate to offices on Pride Park, which were recently sold to an investment company by FHP Property Consultants.

Back in April, FHP, along with joint agents Andrew Butcher & Associates, announced it had sold Prospect House to 2NB Property Investments.

Now, it has been announced that PKF Smith Cooper has agreed terms to occupy the building, which offers 12,500 sq ft of office space.

The new premises offer a larger, open plan working space spread over three floors, together with leisure facilities such as break out rooms and a gym for team members and clients.

Senior partner David Nelson said: “Our continued growth has led to a significant increase in team numbers and, as a result, we required new premises to provide the flexible and collaborative working space our teams need to continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients.”

Employees are expected to start moving into the new base during September.
