New Matlock apartments launched

New apartments in Matlock, which have been built by Clowes Developments, have been launched on the open market.

Sally Botham Estates has released full details for the residential development, called Riber View Apartments.

According to Clowes, the agent has been handling a high volume of off plan enquires for the luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments, in Causeway Lane, since construction began last year.

Now, the marketing of the apartments, which range in size from 450 sq ft to 765 sq ft, has begun.

A new website has been launched, providing detailed information, including floor plans, computer generated images of the kitchen and bathroom layout, fittings, fixtures and finishes.

As well as the 45 apartments, 3,000 sq ft of retail space is also being created as part of the development.
