Business processes firm Document Network Services has announced some new hires.

As part of the Pride Park firm’s IT expansion, Grant Morley has joined its team as a support consultant.

In this role, he will be on hand to handle any IT issues DNS customers may have, from day-to-day PC problems to more complex server/network glitches.

Meanwhile, Azaria Meenagh has joined the admin team and will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, such as uploading support tickets, keeping an eye on the sales team to ensure that their paperwork is filled out correctly and co-ordinating account logistics.

The firm has also announced that Louee Marsh has graduated from being a support apprentice to a managed services consultant.

He will be applying the IT knowledge he has learned within the past year to help assist new and existing customers with their IT services, as well as print, document management and communications.

In a statement, DNS said: “We’re so excited to be working among new personalities who will be bringing new skill sets and ideas to the business, which in turn will help us all develop and be the best business process problem solvers we can be.”
