Derby County Community Trust has launched a new identity campaign celebrating the breadth and depth of its work across Derby and Derbyshire.

While football remains a vital part of the trust’s identity, the ‘Not Just Football’ campaign highlights the many other ways it supports local communities, from green initiatives and cancer recovery programmes to the Derby 10K and community meals.

It aims to challenge perceptions and invite more people to engage with the trust’s work, whether as participants, partners or supporters.

Paul Newman, chief executive of Derby County Community Trust, said: “We’re proud of our footballing offer, but we’re equally proud of everything else we do.

“Whether it’s helping someone recover from illness, supporting mental health, or simply bringing people together through sport and activity, our work reaches far beyond the pitch.”

The campaign will be rolled out across social media, local press, and community events, with stories and testimonials from participants who have benefited from the trust’s diverse programmes.

A video has been produced to promote the Not Just Football campaign. View it below or click here.
