Law firm adds to real estate practice

Flint Bishop has announced the addition of a new partner to its real estate practice.

Ian Wilson has joined the law firm’s commercial property team at its Derby office.

He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate sector, including acquisitions and disposals, security and refinancing, property development, landlord and tenant, and residential property relocation.

Ian is the sixth partner appointment the firm has made in the Midlands over the last 12 months, and the fourth senior lateral hire into its new commercial property team that has been put in place to serve the region.

He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Flint Bishop and look forward to working with my new colleagues including the expanding commercial property team to provide expertise and advice to the firm’s clients.”
