Homecare firm finds a new home

A health and homecare firm has relocated to new offices following a deal completed by BB&J Commercial.

Allestree Health & Homecare Services, which specialises in providing services that help its clients live independently, has moved to Handyside Street.

Oscar Heap, agency surveyor at BB&J, who completed the deal, said “It has been great to see another deal completed in Derby city centre.

“Even given the uncertainty we have seen these last 12 months, we have seen a real resurgence in confidence from many local businesses like Allestree Health & Homecare Services.

“Having seen what the tenant has already created with the space, it will make a great hub for the agency, as well as a great location for the professionals who will be using the facility day in and day out.

“We’ve had a great success finding tenants and purchasers of various business premises in the last couple of months.”
