Flexible office provider reveals fifth location

Co-working and flexible office provider Cubo, which is part of Staton Young, has revealed the location of its latest site.

The Derby-based firm, which already has a presence in Derby, Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield, is to open its next Cubo site in Birmingham.

It is taking 24,000 sq ft at Two Chamberlain Square in MEPC’s Paradise scheme.
It has taken the whole of the fourth floor – and says it already has registered interest for half of that space.
