Flex office provider Cubo has said it is meeting the corporate demand for flexible workspaces across the UK through its network of offices.

The Derby-based firm has created a network of Grade A offices in key cities, including London.

According to the business, blue-chip firms increasingly demand flexibility, consistency and high-quality spaces that align with ESG goals, employee wellbeing and the hybrid working era.

Cubo said it has positioned itself at the forefront of this shift, securing long leases in prime buildings and offering flexible terms, premium amenities and community-driven environments.

Over the past two years, Cubo has accounted for a third of all flexible workspace leasing activity across the UK’s “Big Six” regional cities, surpassing global competitors.

Occupancy levels across its portfolio regularly exceed 95%, underlining the strength of corporate demand.

Recent highlights include opening its first London presence at Ilona Rose House, Soho Estates, offering nearly 19,000 sq ft of premium workspace.

Cubo has also expanded into Glasgow’s landmark Aurora building, one of Scotland’s most sustainable Grade A offices.

The firm has also attracted backing from Literacy Capital plc, fuelling its ambition to establish a presence in every major UK commercial hub and expand internationally.

Today, it has a client base that includes household names such as Goldman Sachs, Nationwide, Zurich, Centrica and RSA Insurance Group.

According to Marc Brough, chief executive of Cubo, the real estate needs of global corporates “have changed forever”.

He said: “Companies want spaces that are flexible but don’t compromise on quality or experience.

“Cubo is bridging that gap – offering blue-chip clients a secure, long-term presence in the UK’s best buildings, with the agility they need to adapt to the future of work.”
