Flex office operator strengthens national presence

Flexible workspace provider Cubo has strengthened its national presence after taking over another site.

The Derby-based firm has taken over 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham from WeWork.

The company has taken a long lease on the building, which offers more than 30,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.

The acquisition reinforces Cubo’s ambition to transform premium workspaces across the UK’s strongest commercial cities.

Among Cubo’s 14-strong portfolio are two sites in Derby.
