Flex office firm continues national expansion

Flex office provider Cubo is delivering on its plans to roll-out its brand nationally after announcing its latest new workspace.

The firm, which already has sites in Derby, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield and Nottingham, has expanded into the north west after signing a lease on 16,000 sq ft of workspace in Manchester.

The deal for space at The Lincoln building, follows Cubo’s announcement earlier this year that it plans to almost double its footprint nationally by the end of 2023; a growth strategy backed by investment firm Literacy Capital.

Marc Brough, chief executive at Cubo, said: “Having started in the Midlands and Yorkshire we are now extending our footprint across the whole of the UK.

“Finding the right location in Manchester has been high on our agenda for some time.

“The Lincoln not only meets our requirements, but it also provides our staff with a space that puts their health and wellbeing first.

“It offers the high-end, contemporary look and feel that complements our aesthetic within a super prime location.”
