This accolade places Sort Group among the leading organisations in the UK for people management and organisational development – and in the top 17% of IIP-accredited organisations, making it a standout employer.

Investors in People Gold is an internationally recognised standard that reflects dedication to continuous improvement, employee engagement, and developing a positive, high-performing workplace.

The accreditation follows a rigorous evaluation process assessing key areas including leadership, organisational values, communication, career development and staff wellbeing.
