Firm eyes Investors in People Awards double

Property, legal and financial services company Sort Group is celebrating after being shortlisted in two categories at national awards, which recognise firms who invest in their people.

The firm is a finalist for Leader of the Year at this year’s Investors in People Awards, recognising the leadership of managing director Keith Ahmed.

It is also up for the Learning & Development Award (up to 499 employees), which celebrates Sort Group’s strategic focus on developing and empowering its people.

Keith’s nomination reflects his progression through the business since joining in 2018, along with the significant impact of the initiatives he has introduced.

Keith said: “To be named a finalist in two categories for the IIP Awards, so soon after achieving our IIP Gold accreditation is a tremendous honour.

“This recognition is a real testament to the hard work and commitment of our entire team.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on Wednesday 12 November.
