Innes England has been appointed to provide management services across a major manufacturing and logistics site currently being developed in Derbyshire.

The firm has been appointed by Verdant Regeneration, a joint venture which includes Ward Recycling, to deliver a fully integrated solution at New Stanton Park – a 200-acre site, which is set to become a major hub for occupiers.

Innes England’s property and asset management team will provide comprehensive management services across the entire site, overseeing both the industrial and retail elements of the development.

Occupiers already confirmed for the roadside phase include McDonald’s and Starbucks.

Associate director Grace Conisbee said: “We’re delighted to be appointed to support such a significant and high-quality scheme.

“Effective service charge management is essential for ensuring a development of this scale runs smoothly.

“We’ll be working closely with all parties to ensure transparency, compliance and long-term value, which are key elements we consistently deliver across our portfolio.”
