Developer completes new industrial scheme

Developer PMW Property has completed a new industrial/warehouse development, which is being marketed by FHP Property Consultants and Salloway Property Consultants.

Robert Bakewell Business Park is a situated on the A50, at Uttoxeter.

The new development comprises two speculatively built industrial/warehouse units comprising 33,843 sq ft and 109,345 sq ft.

Built to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard, the new units provide high-class industrial and logistics space.
