Conferencing firms reflect on successful exhibition

Marketing Derby Bondholders involved in the conferencing industry have been reflecting on a successful appearance at a major UK exhibition.

The Derby Conference Centre, Leonardo Hotel Derby, Derby Arena and Derby City Council’s Market Hall, were among those represented at this year’s CHS Birmingham event.

Together, they connected with key industry professionals and promoted Derby as a growing destination for conferences and events.

Samantha O’Neill, marketing manager at the Derby Conference Centre, said “The show was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with other venues and hotels to showcase what Derby has to offer.

“The quality of people we met was very promising, and having a presence again this year has really helped position the city as a serious contender in the UK’s conferencing and events industry.
