Bondholders urged to back fundraising drive

Rebuild East Midlands is urging fellow Bondholders to help it capitalise on a matched giving initiative running this week.

The charity, which supports people in Derby and Derbyshire who are recovering from the impact of exploitation through modern day slavery, has been selected for the Big Give’s Small Charity Week, which runs until Monday 30 June.

Throughout this week, it will see donations to Rebuild matched pound-for-pound.

The charity fills a gap in provision for survivors of modern day slavery, ensuring that they don’t have to recover alone.

Matched donations will help provide practical, emotional and community support to enable and empower people to rebuild their lives.

This could mean help securing permanent accommodation, education or employment opportunities, joining groups and activities to combat isolation and build community, or support dealing with their trauma through our therapy and wellbeing service.
