A number of Marketing Derby Bondholders have been shortlisted for the annual Enterprising Women Awards, organised by East Midlands Chamber.

From rising stars to established leaders, the awards recognise outstanding achievement from women in the East Midlands business community.

Now, the finalists across nine categories have been announced, with the winners crowned at a ceremony on 25 September.

Laura Barber, of EMA Training, is shortlisted for Female Employee of the Year, while Sarah Moore, of Juggling Octopus, is a finalist in The Innovation Award category.

Meanwhile, law firms Nelsons and Rothera Bray will both be going for glory in the Team of the Year category.

Enterprising Women is an East Midlands Chamber network that champions women in business, helping build valuable connections across the region and celebrating success.

Co-chair Eileen Perry MBE DL said: “The East Midlands has an abundance of businesses driven by women with inspirational stories; women that pushed themselves further when they – or someone else – might have believed they couldn’t do it.

“The 2026 Enterprising Women Awards entries have again taken the bar skyward – we have exceptional business skill among women in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.”
