Agents land hat-trick of lettings

Commercial property specialist OMEETO has helped land three new tenants at a Derbyshire business park.

Working with joint agents Landa Associates, it has let a total of more than 11,000 sq ft at Solomon Park industrial estate.

Having won the brief to market four prime units on behalf of Heritage Properties, Sunny Landa and joint agent Chris Wright acted swiftly to bring a trio of businesses to the Ilkeston site.

The new tenants are Graft Events, Craner & Kirkman and Total Engineering.
