Agent scores a hat-trick at city business park

BB&J Commercial is reflecting on a hat-trick of successful lettings at a Derby business park secured on behalf of Clowes Developments.

The firm has let Units B3, B4 and B5 at Crown Park Industrial Estate, in Parcel Terrace to Toolstation, Howdens Joinery and Angling Direct.

Graham Bancroft and Cameron Godfrey, from BB&J, acted on behalf of Clowes throughout the marketing and letting of the estate.
