Agent reveals role in city centre building sale

FHP Property Consultants has revealed its role in a deal which saw Cavendish & London Property Group seal a deal for a prominent city centre building.

Last week, it was announced that the independent property developer had acquired The Royal Buildings, a mixed-use heritage building at the junction of Cornmarket and Victoria Street.

The property features a vibrant tenant mix, anchored by national restaurant chain Cosy Club.

FHP acted on behalf of the seller in the deal.

“This particularly applies to places such as Derby where the city is seeing huge amounts inward investment from both private and public sectors.”
