BB&J Commercial has announced the successful sale of a mixed-used property in a Derbyshire market town, which includes a micropub.

The firm has sold the three-storey property, in Derby Road in Melbourne, to a private buyer.

The building was previously configured as two separate dwellings that were converted into a combination of commercial and residential use.

The ground floor features a micro pub and a dining room, both utilising a shared communal kitchen, while the first and second floors consist of four bedrooms, two living rooms, and a bathroom.

Cameron Godfrey, agency surveyor at BB&J Commercial, said: “The sale was a notable achievement, reflecting the ongoing demand for well-located, mixed-use properties in Melbourne.

“This property’s unique configuration and prime location made it an attractive investment opportunity.

“We are delighted to have facilitated this sale and look forward to continuing to serve the property needs of the Melbourne community.”
