Innes England has announced a wave of promotions, including the appointment of a new equity director.

Matt Howson, who joined the commercial property firm in 2016, has been promoted to a shareholding director.

Matt said: “I’m delighted to have been asked to become an equity holding director in the company, and I’m looking forward to the more strategic role I will be playing for the wider business.”

The firm has also announced several other promotions, including two new directors. Hannah Vassey is promoted to finance director, and Ross Whiting becomes director of business space agency.

Meanwhile, chartered surveyors Andrew Smith and Sam Hall move up to associate director of professional services and associate director of retail and roadside respectively.

Managing director Matt Hannah said: “I want to congratulate all five members of the team that have been promoted.

“Last year alone we had leavers going into a range of areas such as medicine, law, architecture, languages, engineering, maths, chemistry and psychology.

“They have all proved themselves as significant contributors deserving of being rewarded for their hard work and determination to continue building on Innes England’s growing successes.”
