Richard among top 'influencers'

The boss of customer experience solutions firm Customer Plus has been named as one of the industry’s top ‘influencers’ in the UK.

Richard Beevers, chief executive of the Derbyshire firm, has been named in CXM’s top 10 influencers list.

Over the years, his consultancy has advised a wide range of large private and public sector clients, resulting in several industry award wins.

Overall, Richard was ranked 7th in the list compiled by CXM, which is a publication for the customer experience industry.

CXM said: “In 2020, the customer experience landscape changed dramatically with most businesses across the planet having to, at the drop of a hat, change the way they engage with their customers and their employees.

“The competition was strong this year with entrants making massive impacts on the industry in the last year and we are thrilled to be able to celebrate them!”
