Chesterfield Investment Summit 2020
The fourth Chesterfield Investment Summit will take place virtually on Wednesday 25th November 2020 from 08.30 until 10.00.
Keynote speakers will be discussing the high street, rail opportunities in the region and the future of office space. The Chesterfield Investment Summit will also provide an update on the latest developments and investment opportunities in Chesterfield and North Derbyshire.
Confirmed keynote speakers include Ojay McDonald, Chief Executive of the Association of Town & City Management and Elaine Clark, Chief Executive of Rail Forum Midlands
Ojay works with Government Ministers, parliamentarians, economic development professionals, business leaders and place-makers across the UK and Ireland to support town and city centres. He works on a range of policy issues including tax reform, local government finance, the EU and UN Urban Agenda, devolution, the Northern Powerhouse, transport, housing, planning, retail and urban regeneration.
Elaine is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Rail Forum including working with the Board to set strategic priorities. She has responsibility for maintaining strong relationships across government and for delivery of sector deal activities.
