Transition2

Transition2 offers wrap-around support for young people with SEND (18–25 years), preparing them for adulthood through tailored vocational learning programmes, supported internships, sustainable employment services, and pastoral support. Our education programmes and services build confidence, independence, and life skills, with wellbeing activities and travel training to promote engagement in work, community, and daily life.

We hope to work together to address the ‘inclusion illusion’, so that disabled and Autistic citizens in Derby can be recognised as sharers of asset and skills, not just as receivers of service or charity.
