Beshlie Donaldson – Transformational Executive Coach

Beshlie Donaldson is a Transformational Executive Coach and business leader based in Derby. She works with leaders, founders and executives across the UK, Europe, the US and Canada, helping them navigate leadership challenges, change and questions about what comes next. Coaching is available online and in person for clients based in the Derby area.

Many of the people Beshlie works with are highly capable, successful leaders and founders who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or uncertain about what comes next. They may be leading growing businesses, navigating significant change, experiencing burnout, or sensing that the way they have been living and leading is no longer sustainable.

Through deep one-to-one coaching, Beshlie helps leaders and founders think more clearly, lead more effectively, and create lives and businesses that are both successful and sustainable. Her work focuses on leadership, wellbeing, confidence, self-awareness and helping people reconnect with what matters most to them.

Before establishing her coaching practice, Beshlie spent more than 20 years in executive search, recruitment and senior leadership roles, including Director and Chief Operating Officer positions. Combined with her experience of building her own coaching business, this gives her a deep understanding of the realities of growth, leadership, people challenges and the pressures that come with building and leading successful organisations.
