Beshlie.coach is a transformational leadership and executive coaching business run by Beshlie Donaldson. Based in Derby and serving clients within the UK and Europe, services include 1:1 transformational coaching, transformational book groups and in-person team coaching.

I am passionate about helping business leaders to create their dream lives. So many owners end up building their businesses at the expense of their own wellbeing. I help them to escape their self-built “work prisons” and find freedom and joy in leading their businesses and lives in a way that is abundant, successful and enjoyable. I was attracted by the opportunity for developing relationships and the opportunity to meet other business owners in the Derby area. The work of Marketing Derby strikes me as extremely effective and I am very happy to support their work to promote Derby which is where I live with my family.
