Derbion has announced four new openings at its shopping centre for this autumn.

It is welcoming street health and beauty favourite Savers, aesthetics clinic Thérapie, luxury fragrance specialist Royal Oud and Derby-founded cake shop and craft café Dew.

Royal Oud has already opened its doors, welcoming customers to its new store in Crown Walk last weekend.

The 655 sq ft store is Royal Oud’s third location outside London and Leicester and offers more than 250 fragrances, including ranges from IBRAQ, Ahmed Al Maghribi and Swiss Arabian, alongside the brand’s own exclusive products.

Savers will also open on Crown Walk in the coming weeks, with a new 3,207 sq ft store.

The popular health, home and beauty retailer will stock its wide range of branded beauty products, household essentials, medicines and fragrances.

Thérapie will add to Derbion’s growing health and beauty offer with a new 2,004 sq ft clinic on Level 1, providing treatments including laser hair removal, cosmetic injections and advanced skincare.

Completing the new line-up is Dew, a Derby-founded cake business and craft café, which will open a 1,340 sq ft venue in London Road this autumn.

Run by Derby-based Aisha Asghar and Mohsin Hussain, Dew will combine a café serving custom cakes, sweet treats, freshly brewed coffee, matcha and açaí with pre-bookable craft sessions for customers looking to get creative.

Yousof Fazelpoor, founder of Royal Oud, said: “Derby is a vibrant and growing city, and Derbion is the perfect location for Royal Oud to reach a new audience.

“We felt there was a real demand for authentic, luxury fragrances in the area and are excited to bring our unique retail experience to the heart of the community.”

Aisha Asghar, co-owner of Dew, said: “Having originally started our cake business in Derby before opening our first craft café in Birmingham, we’re really excited to be opening the doors to Dew at Derbion.”

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: “These four openings bring even more choice to Derbion, from well-known national names to exciting independent businesses.

“We’re especially pleased to welcome Dew back to its Derby roots, while Royal Oud, Savers and Thérapie all add something different to our retail and leisure mix.

“Alongside other recent announcements including Superdry & Co and Barndawg, there’s plenty for our visitors to look forward to over the coming months.”
