Entries open for united chamber business awards
Entries are now open for the 2027 East Midlands Chamber Business Awards, which will take place at Vaillant Live.
This time, instead of holding three different award ceremonies for businesses in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire – firms from all three counties will converge on the Derby venue for one big celebration of the region’s best businesses.
New for 2027 will be three special Outstanding Achievement awards for each of the three counties, alongside 12 categories recognising qualities like digital transformation, innovation, export and customer service excellence.
Among the sponsors confirmed so far include Rolls-Royce and Truly SMB.

Chamber chief executive Scott Knowles said: “Having successfully navigated tough global and economic shifts over the recent years, our business community has proven its remarkable strength and adaptability to continue to deliver world class products and services across the globe.
“Through each and every challenge, the resilience of local enterprises in the three cities and counties has shone brightly and seen them grow, thrive, create jobs, embrace innovation and forge powerful collaborations.
“These awards honour those achievements, made possible by the incredible generosity of our sponsors.
“Creating a single awards ceremony for the three counties means an even bigger showcase for the finalists – shining a powerful light on everything our finalists and winners have done.”
The categories include Innovation of the Year Award, Education and Business Partnership Award, Commitment to People Development Award, Digital Transformation Award, CSR Leadership Award, Green Business of the Year Award, Excellence in Customer Service Award, Apprentice of the Year Award, Micro Business of the Year Award, Small Business of the Year Award, Collaboration of the Year Award and Exporter of the Year Award.
Entries can be submitted until 31 October. To enter, click here.
