Property firm completes commercial park unit transformation

Property company Hortons has announced the comprehensive redevelopment of an industrial/warehouse unit in Derby.

The firm has breathed new life into the 63,297 sq ft property at Sinfin Commercial Park as part of the ongoing transformation of the 23-acre estate.

Unit F is a self-contained unit which delivers modern, high-specification accommodation off Sinfin Lane and is within a short walking distance of Rolls-Royce’s civil aerospace site.

The building, which is now available for immediate occupation, benefits from strong sustainability credentials, including EV charging points and photovoltaic solar panels, and has achieved an EPC A rating.

Hortons is also investing in the development of up to 17 further units across Sinfin Commercial Park, having recently secured planning consent for a 270,000 sq ft masterplan.

Units will range in size from 5,000 sq ft to 70,000 sq ft, and the first phase is set to commence soon.

“However, this has reduced availability, meaning demand continues to outstrip local supply.
