Clowes staff select new charity partner
Clowes Developments has announced it has selected Parkinson’s UK as the group’s charity of the year following its annual employee-led nomination and voting process.
Each year, employees are invited to nominate charities they feel passionate about.
Parkinson’s UK is the leading charity supporting people affected by Parkinson’s, a progressive neurological condition that impacts movement and other vital functions.

The organisation works tirelessly to fund groundbreaking research, provide expert information and support services, and campaign for better health and care provision.
Thomas Clowes, managing director at Clowes, said: “I am delighted to see that our team has chosen to support Parkinson’s UK for the next 12 months.
“There were a number of outstanding charities shortlisted, and any one of them would have been a worthy beneficiary.”
Last year, Clowes Developments raised more than £65,000 for its former charity partner, Macmillan Cancer Support.
