Derbion savours sweet smell of success

An international body care and home fragrance brand has chosen Derbion as the location for its first store in the East Midlands.

Bath & Body Works will open a 1,425 sq ft store on Level 2 of the shopping centre, opposite Zara in spring/summer.

It will stock a wide range of luxurious fragrances, skincare products and home essentials.

The announcement follows confirmation that Primark will open in 2027, alongside the recent arrivals of Wingstop and Boots Opticians and Hearing Care and HMV’s new Level 2 store set to open soon.

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: “We’re delighted that Bath & Body Works will be joining the centre and we’re incredibly proud to have been selected as its first location for a store in the East Midlands.

“The addition of Bath & Body Works, as well as the arrival of Primark and a raft of recent openings, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering the very best retail and leisure experience for our shoppers, and we look forward to announcing further centre news soon.”
