An authentic Hawaiian food brand has opened for business at the Derbion shopping centre.

The Moana Poke food kiosk has opened on Level 1 of the centre, outside Deichmann, offering foodies a grab-and-go food service inspired by Hawaiian flavours.

Moana Poke’s colourful menu features a variety of healthy signature bowls, where customers can choose their own components, such as sushi rice, fresh proteins, crisp vegetables and tropical fruits, all topped with sauces and sprinkles.

Over the past six years, the Hawaiian-inspired brand has significantly grown its presence across Europe, and the new Derbion kiosk is its sixth eatery to open in the UK.

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Moana Poke to Derbion and to be bringing another new flavour and cuisine to the centre, further expanding our ever-growing food and drink offering for shoppers.

“The arrival of Moana Poke, alongside recent opening of Wingstop, will further add to our broad and dynamic array of dining options, and we’re sure that both brands will be very popular with visitors.”
