Show homes success drives apartment sales

Clowes Developments is celebrating “outstanding” sales success at an apartments scheme in Derbyshire.

Since the completion of Riber View, at Matlock, the firm has successfully sold or let several of the 47 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments, which range from 450 sq ft to 765 sq ft.

According to Clowes, the success has been driven by the performance of its show apartments, designed by Blocc Interiors.

The firm has now committed working with Blocc to style more apartments.

In a statement the firm said: “Tasked with demonstrating intelligent space-saving ideas and the benefits of apartment living, the Blocc team delivered two inspirational interiors that resonated immediately with buyers.

“Both apartments sold almost instantly, prompting Clowes to restyle several additional units to keep pace with demand.

“Buyers have been particularly drawn to the sense of modern, efficient living and the clever use of space demonstrated in the show homes.”
