Bondholders taste success at Brick Awards

A trio of Marketing Derby Bondholders have tasted success at awards recognising the region’s best property and construction firms.

The East Midlands Bricks Awards 2025, organised by East Midlands Business Link, showcase the outstanding work of those behind the changing landscape of the region.

St James Securities, which is behind the £200 million regeneration of Becketwell, secured the Deal of the Year title for the Vaillant Live entertainment venue.

Salloway Property Consultants was named Most Active Agent while Clowes Developments carried off the coveted Developer of the Year title.

Held at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, it was the 10th time the awards had been held.

This year’s keynote speaker was Councillor Nadine Peatfield, leader of Derby City Council and cabinet member for city centre, regeneration, strategy and policy, and Deputy Mayor of the East Midlands.
