Bondholders in the running for Brick Awards glory

A number of Marketing Derby Bondholders have been shortlisted for awards recognising the region’s best property and construction firms.
The East Midlands Bricks Awards 2025, organised by East Midlands Business Link, showcase the outstanding work of those behind the changing landscape of the region.

The finalists have now been revealed – and several Bondholders feature on the shortlist.
St James Securities, which is behind the £200 million regeneration of Becketwell, is up for a glut of awards.
Firstly, it is shortlisted for the coveted Developer of the Year title, alongside Clowes Developments.
And its Vaillant Live entertainment venue, which represents the second phase of the overall Becketwell scheme, is a finalist in the Commercial Development of the Year and Excellence in Design categories.
Vaillant Live is also shortlisted for Deal of the Year, alongside the build-to-rent deal between Lovell and Placefirst, which has paved the way for the fourth phase of the Castleward regeneration scheme in Derby.

Elsewhere, Morrison Design is up for a brace of awards – Architects of the Year and Responsible Business.
And, finally, Salloway Property Consultants is shortlisted for Most Active Agent.
The overall winner will be announced at the awards ceremony, which will take place in Nottingham on Thursday 2 October.
They will be awarded a grand prize of a year of marketing/publicity with Business Link worth £20,000, with the opportunity to split or gift the marketing to a charity of their choice.
The keynote speaker at the event will be Councillor Nadine Peatfield, leader of Derby City Council and East Midlands Deputy Mayor.
