Vulcan Park will provide a new high quality business park with up to 24 industrial / trade counter units with car parking all situated in a secure, fenced site extending to some 5 acres.

Vulcan Park is strategically located fronting Osmaston Road some 1.6 miles south of Derby city centre. Osmaston Road is a main artery that connects to the inner ring road (A516) to the north and the outer ring road (A5111) to the south. The A5111 connects to
Raynesway (A6) which links to the A50 trunk road and Junction 24 of the M1 to the east. Osmaston Road is an established industrial location to the south of Derby close to Merlin Park Industrial Estate and Alstom Transport's main Derby campus.
