Work on luxury apartments completes

A developer has completed work on a new luxury apartments complex in Matlock.

Clowes Developments, along with contractor Roe Developments, has successfully completed the scheme called Riber View Apartments.

The development, located off Causeway Lane, features 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments, which range from 450 sq ft to 765 sq ft in size.

The scheme also contains a commercial element, with a 3,000 sq ft unit on the ground floor, which can be divided into two units to suit occupier requirements.
