Washroom solutions firm strengthens cricket club partnership

Washroom solutions firm HSG has announced a new sponsorship agreement with Derbyshire County Cricket Club.

Since 2018, HSG has delivered sustainable washroom and environmental solutions at The Central Co-op County Ground through its specialist products Ureco and Uretech, combined with washroom facilities management.

This has supported Derbyshire’s commitment to improving environmental performance while enhancing facilities for players, staff and supporters.

Now, as part of the latest step in the partnership, HSG branding will feature on the back of Derbyshire’s County Championship shirts for the 2026 season.

To mark the announcement, HSG was represented at Derbyshire’s Season Launch Breakfast and Media Day in April by financial controller Joe Rice and business development manager Steve Mountney.

HSG’s work at The Central Co-op County Ground has already delivered measurable environmental benefits for the club, particularly through water-saving and sustainable washroom solutions.

Tom Rice, sales director and the club’s account manager at HSG, said: “This partnership is a natural fit, built on a strong working relationship of almost nine years, during which we’ve provided Derbyshire with our full range of washroom hygiene services, including the Ureco water-saving urinal system.

“It’s fantastic to now see that reflected on the team’s kit for this season.”
