Vaillant Live to host first ever charity gala dinner

Vaillant Live has announced it is to host a star-studded gala dinner in aid of two worthy causes.

The event, which will take place on 12 June, will raise cash for the UK’s largest music therapy charity Nordoff and Robbins and East Midlands-based Star Trust.

Guests will be treated to an evening filled with fun and entertainment, as well as a live performance from Chesney Hawkes.

Following a red-carpet arrival, guests will enjoy a welcome drink with entertainment from a live singer, a three-course meal, followed by live music, a raffle and auction and a set from DJ Razza Siddiqui, from Gogglebox.

Vaillant Live is operated by Legends/ASM Global, who have supported the transformative work of Nordoff and Robbins since 2022.

The charity employs trained music therapists across the country who help people to break through the barriers caused by life-limiting illness, disability and social isolation using the power of music.

The gala dinner will also support The Star Trust, which is run by a board of local business owners and entrepreneurs and supported by volunteers.

To date, it has donated £925,047 and supported 128 East Midlands charities, touching more than 80,000 lives.

It has recently launched a Derbyshire initiative with the help of patron and Derby-based entrepreneur Kavita Oberoi OBE, founder of the Oberoi Business Hub.

Chair and co-founder Steve Hampson said: “We are absolutely delighted to be working in partnership with Legends/ASM Global and Vaillant Live and feel blessed that they have recognised the work of The Star Trust.

“The funds raised will be ring-fenced for local charities in Derbyshire and helping those in the community that are less fortunate and most in need.”
