The latest Bondholder appointments and promotions





Tioga, Fortitude Nicsa Global, Azets and Cavendish & London Property Group are among the latest Marketing Derby Bondholders to announce new appointments.
Contract electronics manufacturer Tioga has welcomed Michaela Senior as its new sales director.

Bringing more than 40 years’ experience in the electronics industry, Michaela has built her career on driving growth and developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
She will support customers across aerospace, defence, medical, and industrial sectors and focus ion ensuring that Tioga continues to deliver innovation, reliability and service excellence.
In a statement, Tioga said: “This appointment reflects Tioga’s commitment to strengthening customer relationships and driving growth.

IT support solutions firm Fortitude Nicsa Global has promoted Rob White to the position of chief marketing officer.

Since joining FNG as global head of marketing two years ago, he has taken the company’s brand and growth to new levels.
Under his leadership, FNG has seen a surge in both inbound and outbound business, with a record-breaking number of leads and an enhanced presence in over 150 countries.
Rob, who this year has been nominated for Comms Hero of the Year at the CommsHero Awards and for Marketing Person of the Year at the Channel Resource News (CRN) Awards, said: “Stepping into the CMO role at FNG is an incredible honour.
“I’m surrounded by a team that’s truly world-class and a company with a culture that’s all about innovation and client success. “
Cavendish & London Property Group has welcomed a new addition.
Johanne Osborne has joined the firm as executive assistant, supporting managing director Atish Parmar and the wider business.

Johanne brings 30 years of experience in a variety of administration roles at both major and smaller house builders.
Meanwhile, Kristina Parmar becomes the firm’s new accounts manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of its accounts department.

In a statement, Cavendish & London said: “We see the introduction of Johanne and role change for Kristina as a major step forward for our company and we are excited to see what they will bring to our growing team.”
Finally, accountancy firm Azets has appointed Lewis Aldridge as partner and promoted Sarah Sullivan to director.

With over 15 years of experience, Lewis will head up the firm’s East Midlands audit team.
Sarah joined the firm in October 2020 and specialises in advising owner-managed businesses with a private client focus.
